INDIVIDIAL PLAYER REGISTRATION & TEAM PERSONNEL REGISTRATION

Any person on the bench must be registered as either a player or Team Personnel.

Team Personnel registration is only required if you are not a player on the team with which you sit on the bench.

Individual Player Registration and Team Personnel Registration will open after Final Alignment when divisions have been set and teams have been accepted/placed in their final division. The team contacts will receive more information to forward to their players once we have placed the teams into a division.

All participants will be required to register themselves online and must pay their Individual Player Registration or Team Personnel fee before they will appear on a roster.

  • Individual Player Registration fee is $45 per season.

  • Team Personnel fee is $10.60 per season.

Payment can be made at the time of registering via credit card through RAMP or you can pay at the office - CASH ONLY.

Please go to the Individual Player Registration page for full details.

RESCHEDULING GAMES

Teams will only be allowed to submit ONE Reschedule Request per season. The fee is determined by the submission date in respect to the game date.

Teams are also allowed and encouraged to identify two scheduling conflicts on their team registration form which may be considered when the schedule is created. Please enter them in order of importance. We cannot guarantee we will be able to avoid the date(s).

Examples: Halloween, Superbowl

Please see the Reschedule Request page for full details.

GAME SHEETS

SAS will print game sheets for the indoor season.

Teams are responsible for picking up the game sheets for each game from admissions.

Game sheets will be pre-populated with players that have already been added to the roster. Please update the game sheet manually by writing in player names and current jersey numbers if additional players have registered since the game sheet was printed. Games will be overturned, and teams will be fined if they play ineligible/unregistered players.

All Permit Players need to be manually added to the game sheet with their Permit Type specified: YP Youth Permit, GP Goalkeeper Permit, PP Player Permit, FP Free agent Permit and YP Youth Permit (from SYS).

Injured players who are registered but not playing may remain on the bench and “TP” (Team Personnel) must be marked beside their name. (They will not need to register as Team Personnel unless they are not a player.)

TEAM CONTACT RESPONSIBILITY

Game sheets must be signed after each game by the Team Contact to confirm the information. Please bring your own pen.

See the Game Sheets section of the Rules and Regulations for full details.

SCHEDULED NIGHTS OF PLAY

SAS cannot confirm what nights each division will be playing until the schedule is finalized.  Often, but not always, we are able to keep divisions on the same nights that they played on in past seasons.  However, this is NOT a guarantee.

We also cannot guarantee Competitive games will not coincide with Recreational games. We can’t guarantee that any league will avoid the other leagues entirely.

Games may be scheduled on nights different than specified below.

When able, we will avoid games being two nights in a row from Sunday - Thursday. However, a team will likely have games scheduled on both a Friday and Saturday of the same weekend.

Due to the scheduling constraints of turf, we are unable to schedule the turf leagues on a consistent night.  However, for the boarded leagues, we do try to assign each division a couple nights in a week that they will consistently play.

Below is a breakdown of our aim for designed nights of play this year (but, again, not a guarantee until the teams are accepted and schedules are created):

The night in bold is the primary night of play but teams/players should expect to play both nights.

Sunday is a night of play for ALL divisions including coed.

A Player ID Card or Government issued photo I.D. is required at every game to play, and the card name must match the registered name.

A picture of your ID on your phone is NOT permitted.

A driver’s licence with a hole punch IS permitted.

Please go to the Player ID Card page for complete details on Player ID cards.

COMMUNICATION

We will update our website with any pertinent information in our News Articles.

We also share information through social media. FOLLOW US Instagram | Facebook

Email is our main form of communication. You must provide accurate email addresses for communication.

If TEAM CONTACTS have not received any emails from our office by the time Final Alignment is released, please check your junk mail. If you still don’t have any emails, please contact SAS to assess the situation.

RAMP ACCOUNT - EMAIL ADDRESS

Your RAMP account is tied to your email address with which you register/login to RAMP.

Your history is stored within your account.

The same email address must be used for every registration in each season, so you won’t be charged more than once. Again, it’s tied to your address.

You can obtain receipts and verify your registration through your RAMP account.

If you don’t remember your password, please click Forgot My Password. We do not have this information.

Example: if someone (Ted) registers someone else (Beard) through his (Ted’s) account, Beard will be tied to Ted’s account. If Beard then separately registers to another team through his own account, he will be charged again because it’s a different account than the original registration.

PERMIT PLAYERS

Permit Players can be used when teams are short players. See the Rules & Regulations Permit Players for full details.

For Permitting Hierarchy, please see Indoor Permits.

All players MUST be registered to permit.

Players can permit to Coed if registered in Men’s/Women’s, as an example. You don’t have to be registered in the same league you permit - just registered somewhere with SAS!

Players have an unlimited number of permits to use in a season BUT they can only permit up to five (5) times with one team.

Simply put, once registered, players can permit across to other leagues, or up within their own league.
