Indoor Team Registration


Welcome to Indoor 2022-2023 Team Registration!

We are excited to announce some new divisions for the upcoming indoor season.

We are now offering Competitive divisions for each league except Legends.

Every Competitive Division will gain:

  • Consistent Night of Play (even for turf)!

  • Prime Time Game Times!

  • Games at Both Centres: Half on Boarded / Half on Turf!

  • Division Championship Cash Prize for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place!

  • Playoffs (even for Coed and Coed Masters)!

  • Two Officials for every game!

We have focused on the recreational aspect of our league for years. We maintain our recreational leagues and encourage competitive play as well. This addition is an effort to give a home to the players that want and do take soccer more seriously - and play competitively.

Of course, we still offer our recreational leagues. Each (except Legends) will include Recreational 2 and beyond.

 

TEAM REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Wednesday, August 31 at 5:00pm

  

FORMAT

The format for all games is 25-minute halves and the following number of players:

Competitive & Recreational Boarded 6v6

Competitive & Recreational Turf 8v8

Competitive & Recreational Coed Boarded 7v7

Competitive & Recreational Coed Masters Turf 7v7

Competitive & Recreational Boarded Masters 6v6

Recreational Legends Turf 6v6

 

ROSTERS

Rosters are a maximum of 25 and teams can dress 25 at each game. Team Personnel also must be registered and included on the roster (and bring Photo ID to games too).

 

PLAYING ON MULTIPLE TEAMS

Everyone can play on more than one team! As long as it is different leagues, and you are age eligible.

 

TEAM/LEAGUE FEES:

Competitive Men/Women/Masters Men/Women = $5,635

Recreational Boarded Men/Women/Masters Men/Women = $3,755

Recreational Turf Men/Women = $5,295

Competitive Coed/Coed Masters = $2,765

Recreational Coed/Coed Masters = 2,135

Recreational Legends Men/Women = $3,030

INSTALMENT SCHEDULE:

1st instalment: at the time of registration/by 5pm on August 31

2nd instalment: October 12 by 5pm

3rd instalment: November 23 by 5pm

See your specific League fees for exact instalment amounts.

Payments can be made at any time prior to the instalment date. Either by sending it by e-transfer or by Paying Outstanding Amounts in your RAMP account.

NOTE: If your first instalment is paid via credit card, RAMP stores your information and will automatically apply your 2nd and 3rd instalment to the credit card first used.

 

NEW TEAM BOND: $200

Any new team or new team contact must pay the $200 New Team Bond for the Indoor 2022-2023 season. The New Team Bond package must be included in the check-out of your Team Registration to finalize your registration.


TEAM WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES/REFUND POLICY

Penalties will not be charged to teams that withdraw their registration by the registration deadline.  The following schedule of penalties will be in effect if a team withdraws from the SAS League after the registration deadline:

1 - 2 calendar days after the registration deadline: $100 fine
3 - 7 calendar days after the registration deadline: $500 fine
8 - 21 calendar days after the registration deadline: 50% of Total Fees*
22 - 28 calendar days after the registration deadline: 75% of Total Fees*
29 calendar days or more after the registration deadline: 100% of Total Fees*

* If not all instalments or full team fees were originally paid, the outstanding fees will be disbursed among the players listed on the roster and include the team contact if they are not a player. Participants will be blacklisted until payment is received. The Individual Player Registration fee will not be refunded.

 

TEAM ALIGNMENT

All team registrations are pending SAS Board approval. Therefore, please be advised that your team may be placed in a division other than what was originally requested.
