Saskatoon Adult Soccer (SAS) is the official FIFA/CSA/SSA sanctioned adult soccer league found in Saskatoon, SK. We are a not-for-profit governed by an operational board of directors. Those directors make key decisions that are then implemented by our three staff members.
Our Objective
The objects of the Association are: to promote, foster, develop, and govern the game of soccer, both indoor and outdoor, and to take such steps as deemed necessary or advisable for preventing infringements of the rules of the game, or other improper methods and practices in the game, and for protecting it from abuse.
Our Location
Our office can be found at the (turf) Saskatoon Sports Centre - South side, facing the outdoor turf fields. Please see the Contact Us page for mailing, phone and email information.
Our Leagues
We offer an indoor season to our members, and of course, an outdoor season. Our outdoor season follows the IFAB/FIFA Laws of the Game. Our indoor game also follows these rules, however we have also added some additional rules for the indoor play. For example, the number of players for the Indoor Boarded game is 6v6 (including goal keepers), and is played on a rubber tile field roughly a quarter the size of an outdoor field.
All players 15 years and older are able to join Saskatoon Adult Soccer. However, some of our leagues are dependent upon a minimum age eligibility:
Men's / Women's - 15 years old
Masters Women & Masters Coed Women - 30 years old
Masters Men & Masters Coed Men - 35 years old
Legends Women - 45 years old
Legends Men - 50 years old
The day you turn 35, for instance, is the day you can join Masters Coed and Masters Men.
