Did you Upload your Proof? Game Night Details!
Several players are not properly uploading their Proof of Vaccination.
Your Proof should be uploaded in the Birth Certificate section.
If you uploaded your Birth Certificate, please follow the below steps to change it to your proof.
If you uploaded your proof, thank you! If it’s removed from your account, don’t be alarmed! We have already verified it and deleted it.
Consequences
If you uploaded your Birth Certificate*, and you play, you will be considered an ineligible player. (Similar to us not receiving your e-transfer and you play without paying.)
Ineligible players receive a 2-game suspension.
* Or any other document that is not your proof.
Also, as per our Vaccination Policy, anyone found guilty of providing false information in regard to their proof of vaccination will receive a five (5) year ban/suspension from our league.
Additional suspensions are detailed in our Policy.

Saskatoon Soccer Centre Vaccination Policy
The Saskatoon Soccer Centre Inc. (SSCI) also implemented their own Vaccination Policy for spectators including anyone accessing the upper level of the Saskatoon Sports Centre and entrance to Saskatoon Kinsmen / Henk Ruys Soccer Centre. Their policy comes into effect Friday, October 22, 2021.
SSCI is accepting a negative test option within 72 hours whereas we are not for our league play.
We are different organizations and, therefore, what you are doing at the centre will dictate which policy you must follow.
Examples:
-
If you are playing in our league, you need to have been verified by SAS by uploading your Proof when you register. To enter Henk Ruys or go upstairs at the Saskatoon Sports Centre, you must also follow SSCI’s policy and therefore, make sure you take your Proof to your games!
-
If you are renting a field on your own, at either location, you must wear a mask. SSCI’s policy is intended for spectators and SAS’s policy only applies to our players while playing in our league.
-
If you are watching your kids in the SYS league, you follow SSCI and SYS’s policies.
