Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
7:00pm on Thursday, December 17th, 2020
Virtually - Zoom
This is the time to express your concerns to the Executive regarding the direction the association should take for the year 2020 and beyond. Please have your team represented at the meeting.
Registration:
This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be holding our AGM virtually. To attend, please register by 5:00pm on Thursday, December 10 by emailing executivedirector@saskatoonadultsoccer.com.
Amendments to the Constitution:
Proposed amendments may be brought forward to the Annual General Meeting provided that consent of 75% of those entitled to vote and in attendance at the Annual General Meeting is obtained.
Voting:
Each senior affiliated team in “good standing" will be given one vote for each Indoor 2019/2020 team and Outdoor 2020 team registered with the SAS. (Only one vote is granted per person in attendance). All fees must be paid to be classified as a member in “good standing". Youth teams shall have voice but no vote.
Election:
There are 6 positions open for election this year: President (2-year term), and 5 Director positions (2-year terms).

Reports:
Reports will be available to the teams for reading at 6:45pm at the AGM, and online December 3 on our Board Nomination Process / AGM webpage.
