Filling out the form does not make you a registered player. Players still need to register via the Individual Player Registration form and pay the fee once they find a team.

Reminder: Players can only play on one team per league.*

I.e. Men's/Women's is a different league from Masters. Also, Coed and Coed Masters are considered different leagues as well. 

For indoor we have 10 different leagues: Recreational Boarded Men/Women, Recreational Turf Men/Women, Recreational Masters Men/Women, Recreational Legends Men/Women, Recreational Coed, and Recreational Coed Masters. We also have Competitive Men's/Women, Competitive Masters Men/Women, Competitive Coed and Competitive Coed Masters.

For outdoor 2022 we have 5 different leagues: Men/Women, Masters Men/Women, Legends Men/Women, Coed and Coed Masters.

Technically, you could join all leagues if age eligible.
